Chic Hello, My name is Fiona. I am five years old. I just returned from a long trip to Australia. Joeys (young Kangaroos) are so cute!

I love it to be called princess by my Dad. Well, I think I am a little princess indeed. First of all I like parties. It is great when my parents have one. But it is even better to celebrate my birthday party. At a party you need lots of grown ups and lots of kids. My next party will be a princess party. I am going to invite all the princesses of my kindergarten.

Like every princess I like to dress myself up. I just went shopping with my parents to get a new skirt. A woman has to wear a skirt! Dad was quite impressed watching me at the shop. Hey, I am no baby anymore. As a girl who have to be able to scan a shop for top fashion. I like shoes too. Daddy, what is so special about that?

Santa Claus gave me some sun glasses last Christmas. I look so chic. I went to New Year´s Party with my mother´s skirt, my mother´s lipstick and my sun glasses. I am no baby anymore.

My mother always says: “We are going to have fun with her, when she is getting older.” I don´t understand what that means.

But, I am not a spoiled princess! Don´t get me wrong. I am not made out of sugar! I can be tough and I can be much disciplined. In Australia I walked long trails like Kings Canyon without complaining or crying. I am full of energy. I am eager for learning and studying. I soak all new things up like a sponge. Sometimes my parents still get astonished by my characteristic. Last time they were quite surprised, when I told them I want to play a violin. I convinced them very fast to send me to violin lessons. When I am tall I want to play in an orchestra. I hardly can wait.

When do I get to school?
